It is our hope for all our customers to be happy with purchases from Jikeleza Jewellery (Pty) Ltd. However, in the unlikely event that you receive any products that you are unhappy with, you may contact us within 2 weeks of receiving it and we will offer you a store credit of the item to enable you to buy another beautiful product on the Website. The amount of the store credit will be the purchase price paid for the product.
We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period (2 weeks after receipt of your parcel). Please ensure when returning the parcel that the products are properly protected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
The purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.

If you wish to exchange a product, you will be given a store credit that you will be able to use towards your next order. Please be aware that any purchases made with store credits are processed as a new order and standard postage costs and delivery times will apply.

You are responsible for postage costs of returning the item. We recommend using registered mail or Postnet to return items, as we are not liable for any items lost in the post.
A fee of R150 (R100 to re-ourier to you & R50 handling fee) will apply for exchanges due to incorrect sizes /lengths ordered,

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, and prior to shipping of the order. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 15% administration fee.

Bespoke or customised items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Unfortunately, Jikeleza Jewellery (PTY) Ltd cannot take responsibility for broken chains. Chains, by nature, are extremely delicate and need to be handled with care by the wearer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
If you are shipping an item over R1000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
