We will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order.
You may request for us to take a picture, which will be taken with your invoice, of your items before they are sealed in their final packaging, but cannot ensure that the goods arrive at your chosen delivery address in the same good order and thus do not take responsibility for damage to items during transit.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once we have handed your package over for delivery.

Please allow 2 to 5 working days for shipping . As soon as your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number to enable you to track your purchase.
Although we endeavor to get your purchases shipped within the stipulated time frame, we can experience higher than usual volumes of sales during sale periods and the holidays. As such, it is not always possible to ensure delivery within the above mentioned time-frame. We therefore kindly request understanding if delivery takes longer in such circumstances.
Jikeleza Jewellery (PTY) Ltd only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.
Once the package leaves our premises with the third party (courier), we will not be held responsible to any loss or theft of item, and we will not be held liable for the delivery of your package.
Once an order has been registered, payment accepted and order shipped, it is in the care of courier service. We are not liable for any errors made by these services.
Once you have received your parcel, please open it with care. Jikeleza Jewellery (PTY) Ltd is not liable for any items damaged during the opening of your parcel. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

We will not be able to deliver any purchases to a postal address (P.O.Boxes). A physical address is required for all shipping within South Africa.
